We walked 2 miles this morning and yesterday morning! Can you believe I am getting up at 4:45am to meet the ladies at church for our walks?! I still don't believe it. I even went to bed at 8:30pm, but of course I didn't go to sleep until later around 10pm. I did try though. I don't think I've ever done that:)
We're supposed to start walking every other weekday. So that would be Mon., Wed., and Friday.
We did the 2 mile Boosted Walk and a 10 min ab workout. It felt great! I actually did a little more because Efi arrived late to church, so I re-did some of the workout with her. I'm glad to say there are now 6 ladies working out together. Fellowshipping with each other is awesome!
We walked 3 miles. We tried a new video from Leslie Sansone, which incorporates boosted walking. Boosted walking is basically jogging! It was great! We actually did 26 minutes of that one and 15 of her regular 1 mile Express and boy was there a big difference. I mile Express felt way too easy after the boosted walking one. So, it was more like a very long cool down. LOL
OK. I made a big boo boo. I totally skipped Jeremiah and Lamentations. I figured it out because I read my bible at church and used my notebook planner. I read Jeremiah as scheduled in my notebook and when I came home I realized my mistake 14 chapters later. I probably wouldn't have noticed, but since I started a new page in my planner I had Jeremiah listed instead of Ezekiel. I thought something was funny at church when I read my bible. I felt misplaced and even re-read some of it. Ha Ha.
I found my mistake. I actually read Jeremiah 1-2 last Sunday, but put on this blog Ezekiel. So, the next day Monday I started using Biblegateway and just started where I thought I left off in Ezekiel. Today I went back to reading my physical bible, so I just found my mistake. I will just go back to Ezekiel later.
I uploaded my Budget/Allocation template to docstoc.com. Please feel free to download it. I based it on the Dave Ramsey allocation worksheet. This is an xl file so it does the math for you! Just click on the orange
arrow on the far right-hand side and it will download to your computer. Leave a comment if you have any questions.
I decided to add some verses you can use for the cash envelopes.
